High humidity cooling systems are ideally suited for cooling
most vegetable, fruits and flowers with very high humidity
reaching 98%. Here are just a few examples; Cabbage, cauliflower's,
brussel sprouts, carrots, parsnips, turnips, broccoli, tomatoes
and mushrooms. Also suitable for cooling fruits including
apples, pears grapes and peaches.
Our high humidity cooling systems are
particularly good for pre-cooling of the produce, depending
on the size of the cooling equipment selected, we can remove
field heat within one hour, six to eight hours being normal
requirements for most growers.
